SSD does not appear in PVR

I have BuzzTv XPL3900 , the SSD does not appear in PVR  for recording, only internal memory appear (used to appear before but not now)

so i can not record on it

when i check storage through setting, both SSD and internal memory appear 

Please help or any suggestion
