No sound..

Hello,

 

I am new here, first of all my English is not so good sorj for that. 

 

I have issues white the sound, i dont have any sound on live tv  but on vod  or tv series i have sound. 

I already go to the provider from the server i have. He looked and doesnt find it.. al other costumers have no isseu

 

I need some help

I have downloaded the last firmw from pc and added to xrs4900. Stil not working

 

Green button => settings are good

What do you mean with other video player ?
