Can not Play Video on VOD or Live TV after Update

Please help

can not play any video from VOD or Live TV after last night updates Version V20191210 on my XRS4000 (updated with @700mb file)

I can see VOD list and TV Guide

i tried default and secondary player, wifi vs Ethernet , but no luck

any help and suggestions will be greatly appreciated

strange but it is working now both VOD and TV without doing anything (Left off or standby for 3 hours, when i came back and turn on , found everything work)
