I have factory reset both the box and the remote, which made it work, then after loading up some apps it no longer worked. Has anyone encountered this issue? Seems like support had no answer for the issue. Quote
Woody Posted yesterday at 02:19 AM Posted yesterday at 02:19 AM what volume buttons are you using. if you have the remote paired totv use the volume buttons on the top of the remote.. and if u have forced max volume on the big buttons wiill not do anything at bottom of the remote Quote
