Volume control not working

Has anyone had issues with the volume control not working while using the BT500 remote with the BuzzTV 6 power station unlimited? I have factory reset both the box and the remote, which made it work, then after loading up some apps it no longer worked. Has anyone encountered this issue? Seems like support had no answer for the issue.

what volume buttons are you using. if you have the remote paired totv use the volume buttons on the top of the remote.. and if u have forced max volume on the big buttons wiill not do anything at bottom of the remote

this has nothing to do with buzztv 6 especially since you mentioned other apps

Unpair and re-pair your remote in Settings. That might fix the problem.
