How to get the epg to display from network VBOX Live TV server

Hi, I have the BUZZ TV X5 128 AX-C and I have successfully configured the M3U8 stream from my VBOX Live TV server and can watch all the TV programs, which is great. The problem is that the epg does not display and I get the error "could not load XML epg"  All settings are coming from the VBOX server and copied from there straight into the M3U server settings in BUZZTV.  VBOX provided IPTV settings but the EPG is just not working with BUZZTV 5

Is there anything else i have to do to get the epg to display correctly?

I am a novice with IPTV settings so any help is welcome and apologies if this topic has been raised before
