Closing Apps and Manual

Hello folks, I am coming from a Mecool m8 box to a B5. Could you help with a few questions. 

1 - B5 has 2G ram and I prefer to close apps after running. On Mecool long press home and current running app list comes up and can be closed from there. Can't find any info on doing that on B5 (Google, knowledge base etc)

2 - Is there a detailed manual on B5 OS more than quick start.

3 - Any suggestions for an EPG when using free m3u github iptv list.
