the recordings are on the internal sd card..i want to transfer those files to a usb thumb drive so i can put on my pc

you set the card as internal instead of external??

the box comes with an internal drive

no its my NVMe SSD that has my recordings on it

i used this procedure ..so its in my storage  1tb

but this drive is not showing up in my X=plore app but the usb thumb drive is

wAit its not there now..it was there when i added it..now what ..do i power down & remove it & reinstall it

 

its only showing 115gb available..Now what ??

i had to reboot the box..now its there ..where good..now i can transfer
