Hello,

I have a new Buzz TV Classic box. I set the box up and it did all the updates. When I try and watch a movie on VOD I get this message, "Unknown Stream Error", the movies will not play. It seems when the Buzz box does the final update then the problem is created. I have reset the box twice and still have this issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Thank you, that solved my problem. My brain does not work as good as it used to after I had a stroke. Your help is much appreciated.
