Device not authorized

Just received a brand new XR4000. Go to the end of the initial setup and I'm getting a message saying "device not authorized". It restarts after I press okay. I tried to factory reset and it still does the same thing. Any advice

I have the same problem.

try again. when you get to this screen turn off the box using your remote control and turn back the box 15 minutes later. this should do the trick
