Had this problem before and I was advised to ' unpair ' pilot, it work for a couple of times

Now dose not work again, when pressed Ok it's gong back to EPG menu.

Need help how to go back to pair remote w/ box?

You gave me this instructions;  "home/settings/advanced settings/remotes and accessories"  to unpair remote.

Instructions on back are to program remote to use for TV , on/off and volume + or -

my problem is , I was told before how to unpair remote.

How revers unpairing.?

it should scan

then select bt-200/pair

make sure you're close to unit

There is no option with 'bt-200/pair'

I did , it went for 10+ min and nothing happens
