i take the new update and now box stuck on start up page what to do?

please factory reset it, 

hookup HDMI, 
- Using a toothpick push inside of AV port and you feel a click. hold it down.

- hookup power and hold the reset inside of AV port for good 15 seconds.

- you will see a recovery screen,

- using your remote scroll down and select factory reset.

- once it is done you are still in recovery screen, select first one on the list ( reboot system now )

 

let it load
