Do you actually have a 4900 ?  If so, what firmware/software version do you have installed ?  

Need to provide more info.  Was it working previously ?  I'm assuming MAC sub ?

Sorry about that yes I do have an xrs4900 working very well until a few days ago my iptv service I keep loosing service especially the networks abc nbc etc @ exactly 7.35pm every night it comes the next day firmware is 5.0 937 I put the providers url in and it said firmware of your stb is outdated please update I got a feeling that I am being blocked .

Please update it.

Both Epg (guide and single epg ) have no information
