The box is unfrozen now. Hopefully, it will continue to work.
You were very patient. The link to the video helped a lot and saved both of us a lot of time and frustration.

This is the remote that came with the box. Strangely, there is no model # with the remote.
There is no "settings" key on the remote.
None of the other keys including "Menu" or "Server" work.
Next step?

There are only 2 options - Close App and Wait (on the screen)

How do I clear data? or cache?
The box does not respond to any keys being pressed, except the source key, the TV off key and the STB on/off key.

Your suggestion 1 does not work. The same message reappears.
It does not respond to my pressing the info button on the remote.

Unit has stopped responding immediately after the update last night (July 15, 2021).
Screen message says " Buzz TV 4 isn't responding".
Disconnected all cables including the router and rebooted number of times. No change.
I have no transmission at all.
Please help. Thank you.
