he flushed the firewall but after 2 hours of the circle i tryed rebooting and lost the connection  again so i just unplug the box for now

just did that about 10 min ago. it is like the box kicks out just before it connects .

not only this did not work but now i am not connected in the server anymore ,is there any way i can get the buzz5 to reinstall it, it keeps kicking out at the  server, i tryed reseting about 10 times now but it still happens 

well I am connected now but still no picture, just the circle of death, so I am leaving this tv on all night to see if I get a picture , if any one knows of something to change, please let me know .

I am not changing any settings, I click on server then enter portal address which I gave mac address  to service people  (number on top right 00xx ) and nothing  but error, I been on email with service people  for over 6 hours now. is it normal for the words alarm received every time i reboot and try to play something ?

i have reset 18 times so far, getting ready to fix it with a hammer 

I am taking for granted  the number on the top right of the screen once you click server is the mac address if so this box don't work . also a minor thing my language don't stay on English when I restart .don't know where to go from here.

hi people, my 4900 is in the mail coming to me and i was just wondering if there will be a way to have up to 4 screens playing at the same time . I have looked for the answer but can't find it anywhere .thank you for any info .
