I have just confirmed a delay on another unit of the same 4900 model. Therefore, the delay is not an issue specific to this unit. Not on my end.

I've tried all the options available, but there hasn't been any cI have tried both the Primary and Backup options, but I am still experiencing a delay.

All other channels seem to be functioning properly without any delays.

what other video player? what are you saying?

I'm having an issue with channel 704 (Fox News) where the audio seems to be ahead of the video. Can you please suggest a solution to fix this? Thank you.

Hello, Andrew again. I have a problem pairing my earphones. My two units are identical and I was able to pair it with one of them without any problems. I am getting the following message on the other unit: "Bluetooth keeps stopping" Can you suggest anything else I can try? I've tried rebooting and disconnecting. XRS4900 416.816.5867 is easier to explain over the phone

You gave me this instructions; "home/settings/advanced settings/remotes and accessories" to unpair remote. Instructions on back are to program remote to use for TV , on/off and volume + or - my problem is , I was told before how to unpair remote. How revers unpairing.?

Had this problem before and I was advised to ' unpair ' pilot, it work for a couple of times Now dose not work again, when pressed Ok it's gong back to EPG menu. Need help how to go back to pair remote w/ box?

OK button works fine with other functions 2 other pilots work fine with switching to preset program Removing batteries for 5 min , did not fix a problem

I've just tried another 2 older pilots and it works. it means there is a problem with my pilot. Any idea how to fix that problem? see a pictures w 'pilots'

when you set reminder to watch a program 2 hrs later, and when the time comes ,you get message " Press OK to watch.........." you press ''ok '' and it dose not get to that channel Worst part is you don't remember what was the channel set for What am i doing wrong?
