  1. Hi, I made a mistake in my original statement - I used - "ASP" - in my heading which was incorrect. It should have read - "APK". I do not know if this alters the replies that I have received. Sorry for the error.
  2. I have a streaming service that requires that I down load an "ASP" program file to add my subscription details and to function. I have a Buzztv XRS4500 but I do can not seem to able to get to the right place to add this ASP program. I am not computer literate, so perhaps I am making errors - any help will be appreciated.
  3. I have an XRS4500. The problem is that it stop sand starts all the time making the streaming service unable to be watched. I have checked with my ISP, Charter, and with the streaming service, KEMO, and both state that they cannot find anything wrong with their system. Do we have a problem with the buzztv not working correctly, and if so, how do I fix it.
  4. There is no "display" in settings for my - BUZZTV - XRS-4500. The only selections are - "Configuration", "Parental Control", "Account Information", "Server Settings", and "Check Updates". Any further suggestions?
  5. Hi, How do I change the screen size? At the moment it is too BIG to fit on the screen - the items on ALL SIDES overlap, so much that some of them are unreadable/viewable. So it needs to be reduced, but I cannot find a way to do this. Any suggestions?

  9. Hi - neither of these work. I cannot get the time to be correct for my local time - it is ALWAYS one hour behind. It does not matter what you do with the various options. Any other suggestions?
  10. I need to know how to change the time from UTC to Central Daylight Time. My EPG is not being shown with the correct time. I have already gone to - MENU SETTINGS EPG and changed the time to my local time - BUT - the EPG and the information provided - DOES NOT MATCH. I have also gone to my account settings and tried to change the time from UTC - but - it is greyed out and I cannot change it. What can I do to fix this? I thank you in advance.
