Trying to figure out what processes are not necessary to run the 4500 I've disabled some.. camera, calendar and a few others I know of some that are not needed but would like to know more..

Running my XR4000 hard wired to gigabit router with 150mbps service, every device I have is getting 130+Mbps service (wifi) and tested my laptop with ethernet, the same cable(s) for box and I get 140+Mbps,  but the box is only showing me on speed test.net 50+/- Mbps is there something I'm missing? Is this normal?
