Make sure everything is spelled correctly, otherwise it wont connect properly.

So I would enter the info for both in the 2 sections then?  

I just received the box as a gift and are getting the can't load portal error message. I'm in the US if that matters.  I have M3U line and an EPG line with the username and password and everything else in it. I'm assuming under the M3U URL, I should enter the M3U info? Would I enter just the URL or EPG under the XML EPG URL?  Thanks for the assistance.
