hi mate yes done a reset it was ok untill it updated then same happened again so dont know what else to do

hi ive got the buzz st4000 stick just received the latest update version 5.0.893 all ok except aspect ratio has messed up all the sd channels as in where if i set it to 16.9 the go out of the channel then back in it revertts back to auto has anybody got any ideas whats goong on? many thanks

hi mate just rebooted stick tried it again and its saying it paired under remotes and accecessories ive now got bluetooth on add accessories and buzztv bt-100 it says connected then click on it and it says change name unpair and battery 77% does it need a name or not ?cos if i pull the ir out the remote dont work?

ive tried to pair via the screen with the remote on it if thats any help? thats the only way i know how to do it
