i just bought the stick has i heard good things about it and want try it but doesnt load tv series

and this is an issue for me . how can we solve it ? has i'm using same portal for both formuler/stick .

I just received my Stick , was using formuler box before (had all tv ,movies,series fine)

however with stick 4000 only getting live and movies but no tv series.

Btw i'm using the same service on formuler and still loading tv series fine

hope i can heard from the Team asap
