Please explain MAC reset. I Don’t know how to do this.  

I have added the Mac Address as well as the Service  address as registered with the provider. Then I add on my side server name and url. Still unable to connect.   “Cannot load portal: failed to connect to streams” 
 

I am trying to add a Service to server settings with no luck. After 90000ms I always get an error. “Cannot load portal: failed to connect to streams” I have tried to set the service up using “Server Line” and “Streaming Line” with the same results.  I have attempted to register the device on the service using the Mac Address as well as the Server ID with no change in the outcome.  If I install a random IPTV app and enter the same credentials the service work with no issues.  I suspect I am missing something but I don’t know what.
