i get back from them and they say some update come in next week hope that resolved issue

i buy some buzztv xrs 4000 boxes and some issue going on there apps buzztv we use 3 different server and on VOD section none of movie play so we need some technical support 
please update me solution ASAP

anyone face this issue and what the solution 

 sky and tvzon server i setup and on VOD section none of movie when we click not play nothing happend
