    did you check main settings? if you made any changes on last firmware it's possible they reverted back and this is the x5 section

    had no issues the other day using same versions with my bt 200 never tried the arq 250 since it was working fine

    just used my arq 250 and no issues powering off or on the 4900 try a facory reset

    there is no virtual cec on the 4900
