Why do they keep coming out with new boxes and not fixing the issues on the existing boxes (XRS4000)?

How can I stop the message "bluetooth keeps stopping" message from appearing when I restart/reboot this box?
This is my first time posting anything on this forum, but it has been a great resource for me to learn the issues and troubleshooting on my own.

Update download keeps stopping. What happens if i go back and redo it?
