I have to continuously unplug and plug back in to get this box to work at all. Otherwise my channels load but only get black screen. When I disconnect and reconnect power I then have to reconnect Internet. But first I have to connect a hotspot then turn on wifi otherwise the box won't connect. Please don't say its the connection, my firestick works fine as do other providers. Thanks for any help.
