  2. Thanks. I did, but no luck. Then, I saw an option "uninstall update," and once I did that, it started working fine.
  3. I bought the E5 box the day before yesterday and upgraded it to the latest software version first. Immediately after the Bell Fibe TV installation from the Google Play Store, it worked perfectly fine. However, once close it and open it again, it's no longer showing anything except that sky blue backdrop with the Bell logo. Any solution? It appears that everyone with a BuzzTV box on the Bell network is experiencing this issue.
  4. The first-time user of the BuzzTV. I updated the software, logged in to Google Play with my Gmail account, and downloaded a couple of apps after setting up the MAC server. After a few minutes, I tried to access the Google Play Store to download the Prime App, but had no luck. No issue at all with the internet connection.
