Did a reset and now it's working properly

I don't on all my other Buzz boxes I just got it back from Buzz service because it wouldn't take up dates.

I know the password but I have to press the 0 on the remote and then the back button on the remote for each number. And when I use the on screen keyboard it says password is wrong. I have 4 BUZZ receivers and never had this problem.

When i try to put in the porn password in the on screen keyboard it says it is wrong. To get it in I must press 0 and then the back key for each 0 on the remote?

Buzz was unable to update so they asked me to return it for service.

I buy all my boxes from buzz. I have been trying to get the up date but after hours at a time nothing. I'm going to try a reset next by the looks of it.

Tried that twice no luck

new X5SS has been updating for over an hour is this normal?
