    To whom it may concern I have tried recording the 6:30pm news on a channel. It worked once and then no longer worked. I went to my provider and I had to return with my black box. He then reset the box and showed me what to to. He advised me to go the the TV channel to be taped, go to the time in question and presws the button and it asked if I wanted to record. When I replied yes, I thought that would do the job. The fact is, it recorded for about 5 seconds and then the recording ended. I have a Samsung smart TV that is 3 years old. Can you advise what I need to do to get the recording (taping to work. *EDITED OUT PERSONAL INFO** Thank you Peter Petruzzellis
