Correct.  I can view specific channels on my 3000 and at times they will not tune in on the 4000 but they will eventually come back.

Hi have 2 XL3000 boxes and 1 XRS4000 box all connected to the same server and hard wired to my router.  There are some channels that will not tune in on the XRS4000 but the load fine on the 3000.  Is this something specific to my server or can something be done on the XRS4000 to correct this?  I have tried using the secondary video player as well and this did not help.

Is there any fix for this issue yet?  I get this message every time the unit is rebooted.  I don't use any bluetooth devices so I don't actually know if bluetooth is working.

Under Audio do you have another option besides just disabled?

This resolved my issue.  I had to select "Track 1" for this channel under options.  It's strange that it happened to this channel only.

I'm having a similar issue but only on some channels.  On my Buzz 3000 box, I can watch BBC Canada without any issues but on my XRS4000 box, it has no sound.
