what other Buzz player?

I Just bought a U5 32 Box, Live TV works, VOD works but TV series does not. If I use m3u server format, TV series does not show up on the home page. I have searched on VOD if they were there and nothing. If I load using Xtreme, TV series icon is on the home screen, it loads the series I can see the series, but will not play, when I click play, the screen goes black for 2 seconds and then back to the same screen and displays a the following message Unknown stream error I can play the TV series on any IPTV app downloaded on the BuzzTV U5 box, but not using the BuzzTV 5 app? I have done all the updates and its running the following IPTV Version 5.0.926 firmware V20240927
