reset modem/router?????

I received my new B5, everything was fine, the first update was correct, I put in the info from my provider, I watched television for a couple of hours, then it did another update and now it says: it can't load the portal: not supported? Why if it was working before? And I even took a video to send to a friend and then nothing could be seen until it went away completely, without changing any configuration.
