I asked my provider if it was possible to recover my old account information using the URL, and they confirmed that it would be impossible at the moment. Nothing had been working for over 24 hours, and they suggested I change my login details, thinking that would solve the problem. I accepted the change. So now I have to start from scratch. I don't think my bookmarks from my old account can be merged with my new one. I read that the Classic box doesn't do that.
