brand new
new batteries.
it’s only the bottom part of the remote. The numbers and 4 colours. -
Hoping for some help. The bottom buttons on my remote are not working. None of the numbers work or the coloured buttons across the bottom.
am I doing something wrong?

Yes the LEDs do light up when I press the buttons. Replaced the batteries and unfortunately still have the same issue.
