  2. Hello Again I think I got it working, so far! I have one question. I also have a BUZZ 4500 which I believe the BUZZ APP is preloaded. If it is not where can I get that app and what name would it be under? Thank you for the help it is really appreciated.
  3. I did as you said and still it comes up "not supported". The provider sent me the following information: "Username & password needed for M3U, login with extreme codes & enter username and password". Now when I go to M3U it shows my URL connected but when I click on it it says "not supported". The provider had this in the email: Name: You may enter any name you prefer. A Username xxxxxxxxxxxx. Password: xxxxxxxxxxxx. Portal URL: xxxx.xxxxxx.com. They also sent additional portals should there be a problem which I did try. and I get the same thing not supported. Now if I go on M3U to set it up it does not ask for a password, just the URL. I did delete the MAC servers so they would not be a problem. What an I missing??? Any suggestions would really be appreciated. Thank you
  4. I have never used this system in the past, just used the mac. My provider has sent me a user name and password to use MU3. Is there a BUZZ APP and I assume I need to download to get going, if so where would I find it and it's name? I would appreciate any help and or direction to get this up and running! Thank you
