  1. Update: This morning the buzz box is still connected and receives data. I guees Emporium is right, there seems to be a compatibility issue of the buzz box with my range extender (in my case Netgear Nighthawk EAX80). Unfortunately I m not willed to exchange my range extenders so I will return the buzz box. What a pity!
  2. Thanks. I moved the buzz box to the area where the modem/router. I have a gym on this floor where I had a Mecool KM6 android box connected. Swapped it for this and see how buzz box will behave with the main modem/router wifi.

After playing a little with it I can get the box to reestablish the connection two ways: (1) When I switch from 2.4 to 5 and vice versa (2) When I turn on the hotspot and than in the previous menue enable wifi again. Unfortunately the connection drops within the next minutes again. (The wifi is still connected but no data is coming through) I m really running out of ideas. Could this be a hardware defect?
  4. Power option was on shutdown already. Device is connected to the 2.4 network. Error persists. Frustrating !
  5. Is there a way to move it? We run a mesh with multiple extenders. I split it already in the area where the box is. To which network do I connect the box? 2.4 or 5? I will change to shutdown when I get to the living room. Thanks for your help, very much appreciated!
  6. No clue, I am not in the possession of an Ethernet cable.
  7. Hello I set up the box the other day and all worked fine. A day later the box is connected to the wifi but has no internet connection. The wifi works with other devices as always just fine. I tried to restart the box, forgot the network and put in the passcode again. Unfortunately no success. Will restart the router next. Any other ideas ?
