I don't see that setting. I see HDMI Passthrough under Audio settings.

It will show 1440 or 2160p and you can even force 3480 x 2160 in the settings but that is not true HDR where the TV goes into HDR mode with completely different display settings. The Prime Video App on the Shield Pro does that. The LG TV APP does it on anything that is HDR or Dolby Video. 

My P6 never activates HDR on my TV. Not YouTube, YouTube TV, Amazon Prime. The LG Apps in my TV always do. The Shield Pro displays Amazon Prime in HDR. What's the scoop?

It does that on mine too. Says new update is available but you cant click on it.

Also Apple TV simply fails to do anything. You can't log in.

Yes I am using the supplied cable and also tried the cable I use with the Nvidia Shield Pro. Both do the same thing.

I have had many issues with my PowerStation 6. Most involve anything 4k on YouTube or YouTube TV. Amazon Prime Video doesn't even populate the HD Versions as an option. My Audio almost never works when I first power up. I have to go to setting and select decode then it starts working. The $k Videos the screen pixelates, turns fuzzy green, or just goes black. Sound always starts breaking up as a tell tale sign picture is about to leave.

I think my box is defective. I got one of the first ones.
