no it's actually a blank screen where the recording should be but it's showing minutes recorded like it wasn't on a channel

I have Buzzer Powerstation 6 with an Nvem ssd 2tb internal with a problem with recording the Buzztv 5 app is recording but the Buzztv 6 app seems to record with no picture any suggestions
