FYI to readers , this would be good to do even if you have not had any box issue that might be resolved by a hard reboot. You never know when you may need to. Cheers.

How do you back up settings so that I don't have to reinput data/favorites etc after having to do a hard reboot.

Done that multiple times. I thought I had read there was a soft and a hard boot.

The classic. Can't get past a boot loop to get actual numbers. It is uptodate.

How do you do a hard boot. I've done multiple soft boots ( hold button then power). Wiped factory reset. Wiped cache. Was/am in a boot loop it seems. Cant use the box for what files but am upto date with Buzz and TV5 updates. Sept and Jan I believe.
