It came with a bt-400.. I don't want more remotes or mini keyboards. I want it to work with a remote. Definitely going to return this thing.

Thanks. Reset now. New problem. The up, down, and ok buttons on the remote do not work in the app... When I first opened it it said it was out of date so I tried to update with the playstore, but I get the incompatible message.

It may have been. It's not now and I'm unable to install it. I don't see where a factory reset function is.

I attempted to install Netflix from the Google play store and it failed a few times saying my device is not compatible. Not it won't show up yo install from the play store. I also tried to install from the aptoide TV app with the same issue. Netflix version 11.0.1 build 19770. Does the samething on previous builds. The error code is, "this version of Netflix app is not compatible with your device (-13)" I think I'm going to return this.
