Not sure if this is the correct place to ask this question  . Please redirect me if need be . I've had the BUZZ 6 since launch  . Why do all the channels logos have a white background or missing all together other than the white background in the EPG ? 

When using the BUZZ 5 app or the two other players installed with the same playlist or very similar they are perfect (no white background or any missing) 

Thanks for any help. All updates have been installed since new .

How did you get it to work ? (app killer and cashe cleaner)  ... installed it on my BUZZ6 , doesn't connect . Messaged "The Tech doc" and he told me it doesn't work on the BUZZ6 .

Same happened to me  , lost all my audio . How I fixed it for now instead of doing a factory reset.  Opened the BT remote app and toggled the MAX VOLUME switch. Resorted the audio but I have to use the receiver hand set to control the volume  . 

All apps were the same Zero audio  ..
