Box was new
User had trouble entering portal info initially and had him edit till it was proper.
After I posted above, I told user to delete server info
and start from scratch.
Seemed to work
So maybe he had a leading space or something I could not see over Facetime.
All good now
I should have had him delete and start from scratch in the first place.

Hello all
Helping a friend setup his new U5 box. (remotely)
Has entered server URL properly
(I verified via facetime call, no typos)
Saves portal info
Goes back to main screen and selects "Live TV"
And the box just flips instantly to the server settings page.
No Loading portal message I'd normally expect
I've never seen this before.
Any suggestions?
Any possibility internet provider is blocking the server IP range?
Oh, Internet to the box is good. Hardwired and YouTube plays fine.
