We are having the same issue. We were watching episode 2 season 2 of Hidden Assets. Half of the episode is spoken in Dutch without captioning. I pressed the green button to get into the options and accidentally turned off audio. Now I can’t turn it back on. Even using the mouse doesn’t help. All other episodes are fine with audio. Most frustrating!!
