Was working fine. Next day, no audio or video. Connects to portal, loads epg, then nothing. Keep getting media formats not supported. I've switched between both primary and backup players, same results. Pulled power, ethernet cable, HDMI cable, then restart, same results. Even rebooted my router. VOD, same thing. Any ideas what's going on ? Thanks
