it says no updates available how can I update it to buzztv 5? link to method?

I should note that on the buzztv5 box it seems to be on time... wierd.

Hi there, on my buzztv 4 devices using xstream the guide is off by 2 hours. changing the offset doesn't do anything. anyone encountered this? -Tek
