    Hi! Unfortunately many customers don't know to do this  They assume when the volume goes, that it is a server issue which leads to a flood of calls, then you have to explain how to change it to default  Not all of us are blessed with experienced android users lol

  2. Since the new update that has recently come out, I've had to ask customers who did the update to change to default player because of no volume issue with secondary player. This is going to cause a lot of work for box sellers. Just wondering if you are aware.  

  3. Hi!  I was wondering if people have been contacting you about e1 and e1 plus BUZZ boxes (not sure about E2) not being able to update firmware. 

     

    I have been getting calls from customers saying the update notification pops up on their tv screen but firmware update will not complete if they press update.

     

    Any information you have would be greatly appreciated.

Hi!  I was trying to figure out who exactly to send a message to regarding the 100 buz xr4000 I purchased with Team Viewer quick support which is no longer installing on any of my new boxes  Will it be back soon?  I was told that allaboutbuz would know  Also I am not interested in the Team Viewer Host app because that is not the app we use to  remote control the buzz box.  Everything was working fine up until 1 week ago.

  5. Contacted Buzz Support today  I am waiting for a response  I guess I was just wishing for a quicker response and tried here like I did the first time this issue came up months ago  I received a quicker response here then I did direct from them  Thank you for your time

I tried again today after taking the weekend off from programing and concentrating on sales  All the new boxes I purchased (about 100 xr4000 )  no longer have preinstalled quick support,  I tried factory reset, still nothing  This app is pretty important to a lot of resellers in the industry  i hope that it returns soon

Ok well you may start hearing from customers that Team Viewer as of Dec 4, 2020 no longer loads on the buzz xr 4000  This was something that buzz had taken care of months ago with the people at Team Viewer   You may want to load up a brand new box and check it out  As for the OP comment about google playstore, that version does not work on any of the buzz 4000 and 4500 series  This was something that buzz took care of at their end and it was automatically installed with a system update  I am just wondering if it will be back soon.

  8. Hi  I was posting this under a previous thread I started a while ago where the issue was resolved and when I hit submit, it disappeared, so I apologize if I have posted this twice. Below is the issue I am seeing on the XR4000 regarding Team Viewer quick support

    Since I last posted on here Team Viewer Quick Support issue was resolved  It now seems that recently, while programing my new batch of boxes, Team Viewer is gone again  Is this something that is missing on your end while the boxes do their initial update?  Will it be back?  I am seeing it on the xr4000  I am not sure about the rest of them.

  10. Also my host is on my pc it's not an android app. That's the part I'm paying for to quick support. I tried installing the same quick support app I used on the xpl3000 on the 4000 series and it did not allow me to remote access properly. Please advise what you were told should be used for the 4000 series. The current app you have in the 4000 series is not correct because it is a host app only. One of the things customers loved about the xpl3000 is  if you did a factory reset, quick support would still be there once the box rebooted. That would be so awesome if 4000 series could do the same.  Thank you for looking in to this. It is very much appreciated. 

  11. Hi. I have had a few people try and its still not working. We can only see what our customers are looking at when their box is on and at this point we still have to guide them and watch them do the work. It will not allow us to do anything at our end. Still the same as before.

Hi!  I hope you are all keeping healthy!!  I am just following up to my post of February 3, 2020 regarding quick support not working on  the new buzz models  Any update???    I sell buzz and I pay for team viewer, but I am not able to provide proper support to my customers  Any update you may have in this matter would be so greatly appreciated.  Thank you!! : ) 

  13. I was wondering if you will have a TeamViewer working. I can view from my pc but do not have remote access. I’ve tried every version on these boxes and I have had no success in finding a solution.
