Thank you for the help.  I was able to get everything up and running with the update installed.

I did as you said, and updated to BuzzTV 5.  It loads, but when I try to launch any app, a message comes up saying "BuzzTV 5 is not responding."

Firmware version is 20211108

Mac is:  do not post macs publicly 

Can you please send me the update to fix sound issues? (audio disabled).

I have an XRS4500 running version 4.0.530
