Can I change DNS servers address on the XRS 4000?

Does anyone know where I can find the Buzz 5 upgrade ..I would like to upgrade my XRS4000.Thanks for any help.

Thanks for your response...I did try turning on and off. No ethernet connected..I have a 3900 and have no issues with that box runs fine and show all wifi connections in and around my locaction with signal strength on all that shows up on my 3900

Just installed Bell fiber 1.5 gb download and now my box is acting up..2.4G is not showing any connection, only the 5G and freezing every so often..All other devices in my home shows all wifi connections...Can someone please advise

Well said dub, I have said this before. I changed mine to 2.4G and I do not have that problem. It only happens when you're connected to 5G

If you're connected through wifi don't select the 5G try 2.4 see if that helps ...it did for me.

Rinny are you connected through wifi? I you are don't select 5G use 2.4 and see if that helps.

As far as I know the dongle that came with the remote is paired to that specific remote so it will not interfere with your other box.

Maybe Buzz needs to do a software fix

I was using my wifi 5G connection and was told to use the wifi 2.4G and the problem went away. For some reason the remote control does not like the 5G connection. Regards

Seems like all XR and XRS 4000 owners like myself have the same problems, hopefully a fix will be out sooner than later.
