I did speed test and download is 91.9 upload is 16.0 and ping is 10 ms in jitter is 4 ms

Hello this is George Macdonald Hi called buzz TV and ask them why is it freezing and they said they haven't found that problem won't my problem is it freezes goes off the channel then comes back on the channel and more less Comes back to the beginning again and just now it went off and then the screen went black and I had to change the channel then come back on before it came back to normal So I think there is a firmware problem

And I did the new update as well and they didn't make any difference I have in dealing with that issue as well For quite a while now

Yes I like to find out I have a buz TV  XRS 4000 and I watch CTV and I don't know what the problem is I did reset the modem but the problem is  Still there that it freezes and then it I have to change the channel to the next channel and go back and comes back on  Does anybody know what causes that problem and how I can fix it

On the Buzz TV xrs4000 does anybody know how to change the language in the movie you're watching it comes up French so how do you put it on English I do not understand French and the manual does not tell you how to change the language in the VOD when you're watching a movie

How do you change the language in the movie when you're on the VOD if you're watching the movie how do you change the language to English not French the manual doesn't tell you anything about that

Does that mean the new update is for Buzz TV XRS 4000 for the VOD the titles to be in English as well as the movie to be in English as well and does it work

On the Buzz TV xrs4000 there was an update the other day I did that corrected the titles in English on the VOD but not playing in English on the VOD who do you talk to about getting this taking care of does anybody have actual number or a website you can go to so they know about this
