I check for updates and the unit tells me it has the latest update from Aug 2023. Why will it not find this update that is supposed to correct the recording issue???

My WD Blue SSD worked well but I needed to re-format it within the U5. I did this and now I get the message ready to eject. I remove it and I get the message drive not found. Impossible to reformat within the U5. All I get from tech support is to format it in a PC. Definitely a bug.

Batteries are 100%, Latest software V07. Sent a message to Buzz.

Batteries are good and yes it is turned on in the app. I did toggle it a few times. Each time it flashes on then off.

When controlling the remote from the app on a U5 the backlight will go flash on but will not remain on.

So the Netflix app come loaded on the U5 and it is supplied with a BT-400 but both together are not compatible. That's kinda ,,,

I can make the app work with a mouse but it does not work with the BT-400 remote. I removed the app hopping that reinstalling would correct the issue but now I cant install the app.

Is there no other way?? Having to reset the unit and reinstall everything else seem ridiculous.

I Have V20230815 and software V5.0.919 so I am up to date. My bad I had not realized that software and firmware were separate on the U5. I use XC API and I do have 2 connections. Yes all that has been configured correctly.
